Age of Armor reviewed
Age of Armor has to be one of the most impressive, and most in depth free MMORPGs out there. WIth all of Age of Armor’s different menus, customizations and quests you’ll never get tired of trying to figure out what you want to do next. There are three races to choose from and they sound surprisingly similar; Human, Enhanced Human and Neo-human. The developers sure were creative. While making your character, you’ll also get to pick one of the two factions, Global Federation (Earth) or Arthur Republic (Mars). Each faction has a set of unique skills.
Age of Armor, unlike most other space MMORPGs actually allows you to exit your Mech while in towns. You do most of your quest gathering, shopping, and play interactions in town, while outside of the Mech, and most of your grinding and fighting outside town in your Mech. One major drawback of Age of Armor is the game’s skill progression system which is very similar to that of Eve Online, in the respect that you can only gain skills by selecting them and then waiting for the advancement bar to fill up.
One huge drawback to Age of Armor is that the skill system makes it so newer players can never catch up with veterans, as they’ve been training their skills longer than newer players. Ultimately, Age Of Armor’s unique game play and customizations make the game worth playing, especially for Scifi fans.
