Gunbound Reviewed
Gunbound is a simple, yet addictive game strategic turn based shooter. You can can choose between 16 distinctly different mobiles [weapons] and fight in multiple game modes, with Score mode being the most popular. Each mobile has 3 weapon modes, which adds more depth to the game: Mode 1, Mode 2, and Special. Mode 2 always does more damage, but takes longer to recharge, making your next turn arrive slower.
You gain gold in Gunbound by winning matches and damaging your opponents. The more damage you do, the more gold you gain at the end of the match. You can use gold to purchase new avatars which basically boost your attributes. You don’t have to play Gunbound for hours on end to be competitive with others either, because the game has a channel where avatars (equipment) has no weight on damage or defense, so it’s always an even playing field.
Gunbound is a very beginner friendly MMO, so if you have company, or want to introduce a friend to a simple game, Gunbound is the way to go. Although the game has no tutorial, there really is no need for one. Another nifty feature in Gunbound is that players can add buddies and communicate through the in-game messenger system anytime. Gunbound also stands out from other MMOs as Ijji, the game’s publisher actively updates the game and introduces seasonal events which act as an additional incentive to play. If you haven’t played this MMO yet, it’s definitely worth trying.
