You choose your boring, typical class, get in the game, and you begin the long grind to the max level. I didn't enjoy the kind of skill system they used in this, where you get a few skill points per level and you can either spend them on a new worthless skill, or save them to level your few good skills. Every level you assign your stats and wish you had more skill points before you start grinding more. The game has alot of quests to do, but they all involve running back and forth between cities or grinding X number of creatures. This game is pretty much only worth playing if you enjoy grinding until your teeth fall out and your hair turns white... You level up quick enough IF you follow the story - if you do not follow the story quests it will take ages to level up and make proper money. The enemies are fun and actually 'seem' pissed off when you attack them .. they have a very lifelike quality to them unlike the cut and paste enemies in many other games. The one thing I hate about this game is the lack of diversity in armor and clothing ... and there is no way to change skin color etc... after a while all players look almost exactly the same.. the same bland brown or gray armor or suits ... etc etc However if you play the evil faction this is not much of an issue there is much more color on the evil side. Additionally, the game makers have recently released new PVP maps, which only throw the game balance even more out of proportion by allowing the more powerful faction to level a lot faster. Within 1 month of release the game became unplayable. The character class leveling is also very unbalanced when pagan/mage and guardian/defender leveling way outstrips any other classes, so don’t bother wasting your time with this game.
