This game looks exactly like Bounty Bay Online. I have to completely agree with the post and the review. It is an excellent game. If your computer can handle it the highest level graphics are simply stunning... I just went to the link and it seems to be a different game, does anyone know the difference?

Voyage Century is a very good game and probably one of the best f2p games out there.

I like the fact that equipment, weapons, or appearance isn't overdone in looks like most MMORPGs are. This game sticks with realism, you can make yourself look like a ship captain, an American Minutemen, a British Redcoat, etc etc.

You basically have a few types of jobs. You can become a Merchant and sell foods and products from city to city and make big profits. You can because a Navy Captain and fight pirates to gain money. Lastly you could be a explorer and find new lands.

This game's land combat is good but not great. It's sea combat is really were it hits the golds. If you're a merchant, you would need to build a merchant ship, what that does is give you lots of storage space for products and foods, but the ship is weaker compared to a battleship, and it has much less firepower so you would be needing the best cannons and strong cannon balls to make up for it. A battleship would have much less storage space but a lot more cannons, firepower, rams, hooks etc.

Now, the game has many cities and ports you can land on. You can start at either Alexandria, Athens, Beirut, and I think Istanbul please correct me if I'm wrong.

There are are a couple of weapon types that can be used. That is Sword, Falchion, Gun, Axe. You also got personal skills like Fishing, woodcutting, mining, etc, which could be useful for upgrading a ship eh? :)

What's really interesting is that you can siege a city or port by destorying the city defenses and towers, land, then go to the top of a tower to capture a flag and gain on the raid.

The Ships do move slowy but I myself just put on some tunes and joyfully wait to get to my destination.

Then there's the reputation system. Depending on what city you start on. Lets just say you start on Athens, you gain 10+ REP from the Kingdom of Greece for being a citizen of Athens. Now, lets say you decided to become a citizen of the Istanbul in the Ottoman Empire, you would lose 10 REP from The Kingdom of Greece because The Ottoman Empire and they are enemies. If you decide to be a merchant, you can gain REP if you sell products that certain Cities really need or if you complete a Merchant/Captain/Explorer Quest in a certain city. However if you gain negative on a certain city or nation, when you land on their city they will open fire on you as an enemy. Basically, if you decide to raid innocent NPC Ships you'll get penalized in REP.

Overall I would give this game 5 STARS 10/10 I love it.
