Requiem, Who's played it?

As Halloween slowly approaches, I am reminded of this game. It's got a really high rating on the front page. The review and site made me take notice, special features, gorgeous graphics, and deliciously creepy atmosphere. I really wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately when I go to download it, it comes in at a mere trickle (40kb/sec or even less).

My computer has downloaded other large games at a reasonable rate, so I've got no idea what that's about.

Can anyone tell me what I'm missing, or better yet, help me so I can try it myself?

I LOVED THIS GAME. Its very very compelling. Like I never ever felt like I needed to play an mmo until i played this game. It got good ratings becuase of the graphics and fights styles. This game was really fun, a bit laggy but fun.

it does sound pretty cool, the DNA system is a cool feature buffing your toon's strengths or evening out its weaknesses. oh and the beast possession mm hmm but that doesn't start till lvl 23.
oh and while I'm here has anyone tried rose online? i tried it but i couldn't activate my account because of some code i didn't get or something, and i couldn't get hold of a GM to talk to because the servers were down... for the week and a half while i was trying.

I read those threads and followed everything, Quote. Tried the Winrar version, and now I've got BitTorrent trying to get it that way instead...
It's downloading, just at the slowest pace ever. Like I said 40kb/sec or less. It wants to take a day or more to download. I've never had this issue with anything else. It's so weird.

Last thing I downloaded was Atlantica. It took about 2 hours to download, but it is a bit smaller. Other than that, I noticed most things I download go at a rate closer to 150-200 kb/sec. For some reason this one just wants to download REALLY slow. I've tried downloading it several times over the past couple of months, but I always give up because it's so slow.

google free download manager, thats the actual name of the manager btw, i use it, it helps LOADS with downloads, speeds them up about 10 - 20x also if u can get a direct connection, use it, and broadband cable is MUCH faster then dsl, becouse dsl vary's by your location to the central hub on your actual speed, were braodband doesnt

any1 mind telling me the max level of the game, and the average time it takes to hit level 20, and 50? plz and thank u
