DragonSky
"DragonSky" is a free-to-play martial arts themed MMORPG. The game relies heavily on the competitive nature and PVP between the two factions, the Heart of the Tiger and the Soul of the Dragon.
The best things in "DragonSky" are the awesome, detailed crafting system, as well as the open choice you get in creating your character. There are no pre-made classes -- how you play and what skills you learn are entirely up to you!

Review
"DragonSky" is an F2P MMO that struggles to define itself in the extremely homogeneous martial arts themed MMO sub-genre, but ultimately falls short of greatness, but above the level of mediocrity, due to a lot of good ideas.
"DS" is a martial arts themed MMO set in ancient China. The game features really fast paced combat that allows players to fight multiple enemies at once. The combat animations are great, and action is generally pretty fun even from the outset of the game.
Unfortunately, the way that combat is implemented into gameplay is not fun at all. Not only are the quests essentially the same “kill X number of Y” type quests that we've been doing for over a decade, but the quests are poorly explained and often difficult to locate. This is in no way aided by the fact that NPCs in this game have some of the worst English I've ever seen in an MMO, and I've played plenty of overseas and international titles.
In the beginning of the game this isn't much of an issue, since you essentially get the quest, walk forward, kill what's near you, and turn in the quest. Things are laid out well to guide you. But later on when you have to not only understand what it is they want you to do, but also be able to locate it on a vastly oversized map, it's extremely bothersome. Players should be able to scan the text to get the basics of a mission, not be forced to spend several minutes analyzing the text trying to understand what it's trying to say.
It's a shame though, that this game has so much uninspired questing to slog through to get to the rather engaging crafting section of it. Crafting is very well implemented in "DragonSky," and involves not only mining and harvesting plants, but also breaking down other magical items you collect and using the extract to augment your current weapons.
There are also easy to use PVP and guild functions in the game. While PVP is pretty much limited to one-on-one battles with people you meet, it's still very easy to understand. You can challenge anybody, and set conditions on the battle, such as whether or not health potions can be used.
The very best part about "DragonSky," though, is the simple fact that there are no preset classes. In most games, if you play a knight, then you're a knight, and you do knighty things. In "DragonSky," you select your faction, and your weapon style, and the rest is built up as you go. You collect different abilities and spend a limited amount of points to learn them, but you're free to craft your own class in any way you like.
"DragonSky" is a good MMO that just can't quite rank up there with the best on the market due to the terrible questing and English translations. There are great segments of the game, such as walking into a major city to see dozens of people all meditating with Tai Chi to rank up their skill points, but with very little end-game content and the early levels being a chore, it's hard to recommend investing a lot of time in the MMO just to hit the sweet spot for a short period.

This game is really not worth the download. There's to many bugs and not enough patching. The Dev does not repair 1/10 of the bugs and most of them are huge ones that can take over your account. I spent hours on one toon and can't get it back cause one of the huge bugs is still ingame. They don't really seem to care since more then half of the players don't have a problem. If you do ask for help your chances are very slim to actually get that help. All in all the game would be worth it if they did the work but in my opinion it's only worth a trip to the recycling bin!
