A mixture of puzzle games and pirate MMORPGs, "Puzzle Pirates" is an MMORPG almost entirely driven by players solving puzzles.
Featuring the aspects of a pirate MMO you would expect -- sailing, plundering, fighting, trading -- there are multiple puzzle types. Puzzles range from single player ones, to crew puzzles, to crafting puzzles, to duty puzzles. Each type is used for a specific function in the game.
"Puzzle Pirates" is free-to-play, but subscribing gives players more freedom, including special, more advanced oceans to sail on.

You can also subscribe on subscription oceans for all the things that cost money to do, The things that cost money are most of the advanced things within the game, including, Navigation + Battle Navigation, Working any day of the week, Playing Parlour Games any day of the week, Sea Monster Hunts, Being promoted in crews.
