Late last month, the Arabic version of the free-to-play fantasy MMORPG "Rappelz" campaigned against smoking as part of their involvement in "World No Tobacco Day." Now, the title is switching its focus to drug abuse.

This week, players will receive "educational messages" and special virtual gifts as part of publisher Game Power 7's involvement with the "International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking" on June 26.

According to the release, these efforts are a part of the company's strategy to promote human development values through this virtual world. Definitely admirable efforts, and much more than anything Blizzard and Activision, publishers of the MMORPG industry leading "World of Warcraft," have done.

In fact, I think the most relevant action taken by the company of the multi-billion dollar MMORPG is a quick message during loading screens that sometimes says it’s good to play "WoW" in moderation. But not TOO much moderation, right guys?

In any case, nice job, Game Power 7. You’re setting a good example.
