Blizzard introduces WoW pets that can only be

attained through real money.

In an interesting twist, the biggest MMO out there (and undoubtedly the richest) is now entering the world of in game Microtransactions.

Sure, they had paid character transfers, paid gender changes and so forth, but never anything like this!

As a WoW gamer, I'm not sure how I feel about this news, since I've spent plenty of real money over the years on subscription fees to earn the pets I've received. Now you are telling me that people that have more disposable income than I have the chance of getting a pet that I can't earn?
