SEA-based MMO publisher Mobius Games has started to raise funds through its social responsibility arm, Mobius United. For everyone’s information, the Philippines has been ravaged a few weeks ago by typhoon Ketsana (locally named Ondoy), leaving in its wake hundreds of lost lives, thousands of displaced victims, and millions of properties damaged.

Mobius United, a subsidiary of Digital Media Exchange Inc., has initiated its donation campaign by utilizing its local cash point system, or “epoints,” as a means to acquire funds. The said “epoints” can be topped up via electronic load systems, prepaid cards, purchases in the Offgamers site, or MOLepoints. Gathered funds are then coordinated with Red Cross in their relief efforts for the disaster-stricken.
